Refund policy

At Kids Camp, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures and a short video, via email at [kidscamp.kc@gmail.com].

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the returned item passes inspection and meets the return criteria.
  • Once approved, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.
  • Customers must provide their bank details via email for refund processing.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only offered if the item received is different from what was ordered.
  • Requests for exchange or refund due to change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted.
  • All exchange requests are subject to approval after review.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product back via a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Do not place tape, labels, or stickers directly on the product’s original box.

Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • If the product is found used, damaged, or not in original condition, Kids Camp reserves the right to reject the request and return the item to the customer.
  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.

Additional Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur and are not considered a defect, unless a specific color was selected and paid for.
  • All returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team via email.
